Al C. Rinaldi, Chairman and CEO of Jacobs Music Company, has been in the music industry for nearly 50 years. He has served on the Steinway & Sons Advisory Board, and was elected to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Music Merchants. He was a Director of Princeton Bank and was an incorporator and Director of Fellowship Bank. The Central Board of Settlement Music School and the Advisory Board of the Haddonfield Symphony are included in the arts organization Boards on which Mr. Rinaldi has served.
Al and Gabrielle Rinaldi have built a long-standing tradition of service to and support of the musical organizations and institutions of the region and in 2008, Temple University presented them with the sixth annual Boyer College of Music and Dance Tribute Award, recognizing their contributions to the musical community. They are in the company of other years recipients of this award including Charles Dutoit, Kenneth Gamble and Edward G. Rendel. In 2010. they received the Tri-County Concerts Association Award for their continuing commitment to music.
Gabrielle Kazze Rinaldi, Executive Vice President and Director, Concert & Artist Department at Jacobs Music, is a former public school music teacher. She is Secretary of the Board of Overseers of the Curtis Institute of Music and a past Chair of the Friends of Curtis. Other Board affiliations have included the Musical Fund Society and Astral Artists, on which she continues to serve as a member of the Advisory Board.

Six years of business school combined with six years of music lessons made a career in the music product industry inevitable for Chris Rinaldi. President & CFO Jacobs Music, Chris received his B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has held various finance and marketing positions with the Marriott Corp., which culminated in his appointment as Finance Director of Marriott's joint venture with Aeroflot Soviet Airlines, where he spent two years in Moscow. Prior to working with Marriott, Chris was with the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse.
Robert A. Rinaldi is Senior Vice President Sales, Merchandising and Customer Service for Jacobs Music Company. Bob received his B.S. in Public Administration from George Mason University and attended graduate school at George Washington University.
Bob currently serves as Board President for the West Chester University School of Music Advisory Board and was previously on the Board of Directors for the Hope For Henry Foundation. Bob actively supports the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald Houses.
Mark J. Love is Senior Vice President Sales & Development for Jacobs Music Company. With over twenty years of experience in the music industry, Mark was formerly President of American Keyboard Products/Viscount America in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He also spent several years with a music retailer representing Steinway & Sons in Boston, MA and a brief stint as the District Sales Manager of the Mid-Atlantic region for Roland Corp. US.
Mark currently serves on several boards of music-related charities in the Philadelphia region including Musicopia and Gift of Music. His prior board activity has included Astral Artist Advisory board, Settlement Music School Corporate Committee, Philadelphia Orchestra's Corporate Partners Committee, and the University of the Arts Haviland Society.
